new scale
Ok so i bought this new TANITA body fat scale BECAUSE IT IS SPOSED TO BE THE MOST accurate...So according to this thing...when i steped on tonight i was 201.8. UUGGGGG I HATE how sacle are different....i will stick with the new one since it is sposed to be pretty accurate....it kinda sucks though.....

my rewards
I have found this way to reward myself when i have stayed on track well i have a plan of rewards i have for myself....
170-have my skin tags removed
160- cute little butterfly tatto on small of back

140- belly ring my dads girlfriend and i are to do this together
this is just a lil list i still reward myself along the way with lil stuff like clothes and stuff

Ok so i went out for my birthday and had a few drinks....okok a little more than a few i wasnt tore up but i had my share...that was my cheat day i guess you can say....so i was sposed to get up early the next am to work out with my trainer Al.....well.....i didnt make tha workout session...i was still so very tired i didnt even get home till like 4 am in the morning.....i still got in a good workout that afternoon though.....i joined this online community of weight loss people ....its sposed to me like a motivator for others ...well this weeks goal for me is to get down to 198 well i have to weigh in friday and i sure think i got this one in the bag....

HERE WE GO
OK so i went in or my weigh in and all i can say is i FUCKEN HATE THAT ALL SCALES DONT WEIGH THE SAME..... my scale at home says i am 204 but when i went to the doctor office his damn scale say 208 ok so according to his scale i lost 14 pounds ok thats not bad in 6 weeks but i was trying for 24 but that was because the last 6 weeks i lost that much so i figured i would do it again....well...i did do something a lil different that i did not do the last 6 weeks ......I have been weight training so the doc and my trainer say the scale will onlt say how much i way not how much fat i have lost which is the real GOAL...OK OK .....so here we go.....
well i still want to lose more than just 14 pounds this next 6 weeks so my goal will be 20 pounds so that will be a little over 3 pounds a week........NOW HERE WE GO....

WII IS IT
Wow today is Monday I tried to rest yestuerday Sunday since i have been working out everyday HARD last week and on Tues Thurs i worked out twice.Well Sunday I thought i would take it easy by doing a lil wii fit....well boy was i wrong ...my body is used to running now as excersize...well i did some boxing thought i was taking it easy i did it for 50 min.......OMG i am sooooooo sore in my arms, back ,side .....i think i have found a new work out to add to my routine...i just love it....
Well i only have till thursday to weigh in with the Doc...I am really going to push it and work hard till then to make sure i meet my goal ...199

Rough Day
I worked out with Al today( my personal trainer) he really is a great trainer.He has so much knowledge and he don't mind sharing it ( imean besides being paid to help other folks workout)He is such a great motivator too yeah i am sure he encorages all the ladies he traines but he sure make me really feel and believe that I REALLY can acomplish this thing. AND I KNOW I CAN!!!
Well anyway todays workout seemed to be a lil tought today not just the weights and all but the Cardio too.It might just be i aM A lil tired I have worked out a lil double time this week somtimes twice a day because I have ONLY 7 DAYS untill I go for my weigh in( AUGUST 21).I am a little scared i will not reach my goal of losing another 24 pounds , to put me at 198 by the 21st.If i dont make it i wil surely be close so hopefully i will make it by my Birthday the 25 but in the instance i am still not at 198 by then that is ok....i know i am still doing well by eating healthy and working out.I do believe my body is getting used to the routine and i will just have to change something ,WHAT i dont know yet but i will figure it out....But i might not i am still losing inches and that is even better than what the scale says...!
OK well till next time.

I HATE BEING FAT....FINALLY!!!!
I should have done this 43 pounds ago...but here goes.....
Where do I start to get you up to date? Ok lets see, I guess I have always thought of myself as THE BIG GIRL.Well by golly now i really am the big girl, well May 6 2008 I decided to do something about it take my health in my hands.
I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING FAT!!!!!!!!
I was at my heaviest at 270lbs the first of the year I started going to the gym and lost a few pounds but started slacking off again.
So i heard about a Weight managment Doctor that could help out.So i was like here goes what do i got to lose but some fat...so i went he said everything i have ALREADY heard BLAH BLAH BLAH....but he did give me a RX for something that is sposed to curb my appitite , give me energy.. and all.....well ....it did......
I went back to see him in 4 weeks I HAD LOST 7 pounds I was so happy....well the Doc crushed all that....He said well you only lost 7 pounds in 4 weeks you must not have been working out and eating right .
I was astonished ok so the first 2 weeks he was right I did not eat healthy or workout but the last 2 weeks i did i really did....WELL.....he said it shows...he said I gave you this RX to help motivate you to lose the weight ...not to lose the weight for you....you must workout 3-4 days a week for 40 min and eat healthy.....OK ...OK...SO now i do...
