OK i am on a challenge to improve my body even the more with a 30 day challeneg online with Amhad from youtube.It is day 15 and all is going well, the weekends are like free days and i was doing well untill day 10 I REALLY FUCKED UP. i went on a 4 day eat all the shit you know you should not.
any who all is going so well this week i am back to being pumped up.
i am doing a mix of cardio and weight lifting

My motivation changes almost like evry single day
i was thinking about focusing on muscle building but i now kinda think i should stick to losing some more fat and still weightlifting
